Established in 2010

​Drake Law Practice focuses on helping older and disabled persons with their legal needs.  This could include ensuring their wishes are honored, protecting assets through a special needs trust or other type of trust, protecting existing government benefits if ongoing benefit coverage is threatened, and other issues related to aging, illness, and family planning.

​In addition, we help people of all ages with estate planning and tax planning issues for passing wealth after death without the need for probate and planning for the possibility of future incapacity.

Meet the Drake Law Practice Team:

Stephanie Moler
Office Manager/Lead Paralegal
Stephanie worked with attorney Laura Drake at another law firm and joined Drake Law Practice when it first opened in 2009.  She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and enjoys spending time with her husband and children as well as playing tennis.

Saif Elkilani
Legal Assistant
Saif joined Drake Law Practice in 2026 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati's College of Arts and Sciences. A Cincinnati native, Saif hopes to one day practice law and fight for those in need. Saif is an avid chess player who also loves working with his hands, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Drew Tenbarge
​Legal Assistant
Drew is from Cincinnati, Ohio, where he was born and raised. He joined Drake Law Practice in March 2022. He is currently attending Xavier University with a major in accounting, working towards earning CPA certification. In his free time he enjoys watching his favorite sports teams.

Alliah Bell
Legal Assistant
​Alliah joined Drake Law Practice in 2026 after graduating from Miami University. She plans to pursue a career in law and is excited to continue growing her experience in the legal field. Fluent in Spanish, Alliah enjoys connecting with people and approaching her work with care and professionalism. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, reviewing movies, cooking, exercising, and attending live music events.

Laura Keller
Paralegal
Laura assists with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, and related matters. Her background includes workers’ compensation, foreclosure, corporate law, insurance defense, and criminal law. She has been a Notary Public since 2000 and holds both a B.A. in English Literature and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Cincinnati.
